I for one would love to learn how to model fella, reason being that I don't use things that were made by other people(except the programs of course!). Not that I don't like them, it just doesn't feel like my work if I use them. I don't want to have to hold someones hand an expect them to do half the work for me, I want to do everything myself.

thanks. well, i have the Fella model i made available for download and scrutinization, people can fool around with it and learn how it was built. the model itself is made from simple geometric objects and probably doesn't need a tutorial written on it.

well, there're many different tutorials out there that describe in great detail how to create procedural textures and how to use global illumination, but if i find some time i'll sit down and maybe write one based on those fundamentals.
